Madurai Medicos Welfare Trust was established by Dr. A. Ramanathan and fellow batch members, the 1982 Madurai Medicos Welfare Trust embodies a vision of public service and community empowerment. WHEREAS the Founder / Author / Managing Trustee of the Trust is desirous of establishing a Public, Educational, Charitable and Social Trust, on a non-profit, non-political and non-religious basis with a view to enable the people to get education and for the objects more fullyset out and hereunder. AND WHEREAS in furtherance of these objects and for their achievement and fulfilment, the Author has conceived of a project. AND WHEREAS for the purpose of implementing such a project, the Author has decided to set apart and settle a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as the nucleus fund to carry out such a project. AND WHEREAS the Author has decided that such a project should be conducted and managed by an autonomous Board of Trustees. AND WHEREAS at the request of the Author, the following Trustees have agreed to be the First Board of Trustees of such project.
